The WODCAT - Workout with WOD Tracker app is a simple tool for tracking your fitness routines, in order to get a better idea of how much exercise you should do, and how you should train.

It has an intuitive and simple interface, which makes it easy to use.

The app has been designed to provide you with all the information you need in order to keep on improving and getting fitter.

The information it provides are:

How much exercise you did.

The type of exercise you did (WOD, circuit, etc).

The duration of your exercise.

The intensity of the exercise (low, medium, high).

The number of sets and repetitions.

The number of rounds and the number of reps you completed in each round.

The weight you lifted or ran with.

The heart rate you achieved.

The level of intensity you exercised at.

How long you exercised.

You can use this application in two different ways:

As a client

In this case, you will need to install the Android version of the application.

As a server

The application will need to be installed on your computer and the Android version of the application will need to be downloaded and installed on your phone.

The Android version can be downloaded from Google Play.
